DAILY RATES:

Our Daily Rates are based on 2 People, Children under 4 are FREE.  Special weekday rates apply from Sunday through Thursday, does not include holidays.

NOTE: For campers with pets, only 1 dog per site, additional dogs cost $2.50 a night. These rates apply May 25 through September 3, 2007 ( See below for discounts before Memorial and after Labor Day Weekends.)

Above prices do not include 6.5% sales tax.

WEEKLY RATES: 6 times the Daily rate, 7th day is FREE.
MONTHLY RATES: 2 people, once a week honey wagon service =  $475.00

SEASONAL RATES:

 We offer three options:
Full hookup (water/electric/sewer) $1650.00
Water and Electric site with honey wagon service $1425.00
Water and Electric site (no honey wagon service) $1325.00

SPRING & FALL DISCOUNT:   Prior to May 25th. and after September 3rd, the following rates apply:

CHECK IN, CHECK OUT TIME:

Check in time is 1:00 P.M.,  Check out time is 1:00 P.M., except Sundays and Holiday, then it is 4:00 P.M.

RESERVATION POLICY:

A $35.00 deposit is required for regular weekends (2 night minimum) or a $75.00 deposit for holiday weekends (3 night minimum) is required to reserve a site.  Memorial, 4th of July and Labor Day weekends are 3 night minimum reservations.  Deposits are refundable with a 7 day notice, a $5.00 handling fee will be withheld.  All CREDIT CARD deposits are PROCESSED at the time of the reservation.  A confirmation will be sent upon request.  Reservations with a deposit will be held until noon the next day.  We reserve the right to move you to another site if necessary.
