Reservation Policy:

Refund Policy on Reservations
We require a $60 Deposit for all reservations on all non holiday weekends. We require a $100 deposit for the holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day).
A full refund will be returned for a cancelled reservation that is 14 days prior to your arrival date.
