April 26th – 28th     OPENING /CLEAN UP WEEKEND

A great time to get your camper out of storage and make sure everything is ready for the 2024 camping season.  Free Camping and Barbeque for all who help and clean up the campground. Bring your Rakes.


May 3rd – 5th         BEAN BAG TOURNAMENT and CARD BINGO

Join us for a  Bean Bag Tournament and bring a handful of nickels for an intense game of cards.


May 10th – 12th    MOTHER’S DAY / LADDER GOLF WEEKEND

Special Treats for all mom’s celebrating Mother’s Day with us and a Ladder Golf Tournament.


May 17th – 19th    ARMED FORCES AND CIVIL SERVANT WEEKEND

Discounted camping rates to all guests who have served in the military, police, fire fighter, paramedic and EMT.  Thank You for your Service!


May 24th – 27th MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND - (3 night minimum)

The Official Kick off to Summer is here.  Join us for CAMPO, Free Ice Cream Sundae Social and Garage Sales around Mille Lacs Lake. Best of all, the Swimming Pool Opens for the 2024 Camping Season.


May 31st – June 2nd   MYSTERY GAMES WEEKEND  

Join us for our newest Family Themed Weekend, the games had not been selected at this point.  However, we guarantee you will like them.  In addition, we invite everyone to join us in our annual Family Kickball Game.


June 7th - 9th         SAFARI HUNT WEEKEND

Join us in the woods looking for wildlife as a team, it’s kind of like hunting without a gun. Prizes for the top teams. 


June 14th – 16th    FATHER’S DAY / REDNECK GAMES WEEKEND

Join us for some new unique games with a redneck twist for the whole family. Special Treats for all the Dads Celebrating Father’s Day with us.


June 21ST – 23rd    AMAZING RACE (SOUTH ISLE STYLE)

Just like on television, get ready to compete as a team with activities throughout the campground.


June 28th – 30th    BACKYARD BBQ COOKOFF / MYSTERY GAME

Join us for our Backyard BBQ cook off.  You bring the meat, cook the meat and present it to the judges for prizes and bragging rights.  This year’s meats to be judged are Baby Back Ribs & Chicken Wings. There is a $20 entry fee per competitor. (Please call for details).


July 4th – 7th         4th OF JULY CELEBRATION - (3 night minimum)

Activities for this busy weekend are CAMPO, Kids bicycle July 4th decorating and parade.  In addition to the South Isle Minute to Win It game night.


July 12th – 14th     ISLE DAYS CITY CELEBRATION

Join us for our local city celebration, activities include music, live bands, food, fireworks and parade.  

   

July 19th – 21st      WET-N-WILD WEEKEND

WET-N-WILD is just that, you will get wet. Join us for games and activities revolve around water.


July 26th – 28th     HALLOWEEN I

Site Decorating, Costume Parade, Trick or Treating and the Haunted Trails of South Isle Wagon Ride.               


Aug 2nd – 4th       ANNUAL KIDS GAMES WEEKEND

Join us for our annual Egg and Water Balloon Toss Competition and other special games and activities for kids of all ages.


Aug 9th - 11th        FAMILY WACKY OLYMPICS WEEKEND

Family fun goofy contests based on the games of the Olympics past and present - Prizes for the top teams.  No special training is needed to play these games. 


Aug 16th – 18th CAMPGROUND POTLUCK / SWEET CORN FEED

We will provide the (all you can eat) sweet corn and you will provide a dish to pass as we come together for our annual campground potluck dinner.  Don’t forget your own plates and silverware.


Aug 23rd – 25th     MYSTERY GAMES WEEKEND

We will do our best to find some challenging games based off what we have found on the social media outlets.


Aug 30th – September 2nd

LABOR DAY WEEKEND - (3 night minimum)

The last weekend for the swimming pool, Free Ice Cream Sundae Social, CAMPO and our Annual White Elephant Auction. (Bring good items, new or gently used, for this charity auction).


Sept 6th – 8th WASHER TOURNAMENT/CARD BINGO WEEKEND

Washer Toss Tournament and CARD BINGO - Come out and join us for a relaxing game of cards.


Sept 13th - 15th     RELAXING / SEASONAL DINNER WEEKEND

Sit Back, Relax and Enjoy a weekend of camping with nothing to do other than spend time with your family. 

We will be hosting our annual Seasonal Dinner for our Seasonal Campers.


Sept 20th – 22nd    HALLOWEEN II /SOUP SLURP

Site Decorating, Costume Parade, Trick or Treating and a walk through the Haunted Trails of South Isle.  In addition to a Pumpkin Carving Contest.  BYOP (bring your own pumpkin). We invite you to make and bring your favorite soup recipe to enjoy a huge variety of soups.  We tried this in 2023 and it was a hit.  We just had to add it to the list of activities.    

            

Sept 27th – 29th    HALLOWEEN III/CHILI COOK OFF

Site Decorating, Costume Parade, Trick or Treating and a walk through the Haunted Trails of South Isle. In addition to a Pumpkin Carving Contest.  BYOP (bring your own pumpkin).  Bring your favorite chili for a chance to be awarded for the best chili.


Oct 4th – 6th FINAL CAMPING WEEKEND OF THE 2024 CAMPING SEASON   Get one more camping trip before winter!

 


Over the years, we’ve done various potlucks and cook outs with our campers and in 2023 we got to talking with many of our campers about different potluck style things we could do.  We came up with a list of items that we thought we’d try in 2024.  We invite all of our campers to join us when these activities are listed on the schedule. The following is a list of weekends and the potluck item that has been chosen for that weekend.
